Shawna Early is the CEO and Founder of iDream Technologies. Currently, she is enrolled at Nova Southeastern University pursuing a doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Internet Security. For the past 17 years she has been employed with Central Georgia Technical College and has taught various computer courses such as Program Design and Development, Networking Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Introduction to Computers, and Computer Concepts. Presently, she is serving as the COMP 1000 Program Chair for the college. She brings a wealth of knowledge with adequate instructional experience as a Computer Information Systems Instructor. In addition, she has served on several committees: Advisory Committee Board Secretary, Faculty Advisory Council, and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) Club Advisor for information technology professionals. She is also a member of Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society with a 3.9 GPA at Nova Southeastern University. She devotes much of her time to community outreaches at her local church by encouraging others. Her passion is teaching students the basic fundamentals of computers and helping them succeed in their career field. Her motto is, “Always pursue your dreams no matter the cost.”
